Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Kendall County, Texas. The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Full-time with occasional weekends.
