Baker wanted in Northampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Northampton County, Virginia. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
