The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience.
