Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Jefferson County, Florida. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
