Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Pipestone County, Minnesota. The role involves lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
