Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
