Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Phillips County, Kansas. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
