Excavator operator wanted in Blue Earth County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones The role involves dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
