Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kittitas County, Washington. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
