Surface coating operator — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Clay County, Indiana. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
