Now hiring: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. The role involves carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
