Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Maui County, Hawaii. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
