Grill cook wanted in Madera County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Madera County, California. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Full-time with occasional weekends.
