Immediate opening: baker (Anambra State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Dunukofia, Anambra State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time with occasional weekends.
