Panel wireman • Washington County, Rhode Island

Join our team: we are hiring a panel wireman in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will work in a power distribution substation. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards You will run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
