Lifting rigger — Telfair County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Telfair County, Georgia. You will work at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
