Immediate opening: cook (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Juneau City and Borough, Alaska. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
