Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Delta County, Michigan. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
