Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Chester County, Tennessee. The role involves sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
