Coating plant operator — Obi Nwga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Obi Nwga, Abia State. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
