Powder coating line operator wanted in Derby

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Derby, England. You will work in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
