Fry cook — Bijnor

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. We are looking for able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
