We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Carroll County, Missouri. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Full-time, day shift.
