Cold room technician • Carson County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a cold room technician in Carson County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC 1+ years on the tools preferred.
