Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
