Now hiring: production welder (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Nicholas County, Kentucky. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead 5+ years on the tools preferred.
