Powder coating line operator wanted in Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Grant County, Kentucky. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Part-time with flexible hours.
