Bread baker — Lawrence County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Lawrence County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
