Kitchen steward wanted in Scott County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Scott County, Tennessee. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
