Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Menard County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
