Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Mobile County, Alabama. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
