Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Lyon County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
