Trainee butcher wanted in Graham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Graham County, Arizona. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
