Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Houston County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 3+ years on the tools preferred.
