Head baker • Huron County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Huron County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
