Excavator operator • Val Verde County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Val Verde County, Texas. You will be based in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
