Dough maker — Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Montgomery County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
