Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Eddy County, New Mexico. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
