Mobile crane operator — Takai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Takai, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) We offer ₦800 per hour plus benefits.
