Dish pit attendant • Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
