Argon arc welder — Hamilton County

Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Hamilton County, Florida. Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
