Halal butcher wanted in Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
