The role involves machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
