Oven operator — Santa Cruz County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
