Plastering hand — Tipton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plastering hand in Tipton County, Indiana. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. What we are looking for: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
