We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Douglas County, Missouri. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling On the job you will handle: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring 2+ years on the tools preferred.
