Lift installation engineer • Logan County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Logan County, Arkansas. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
