Lift technician • Blanco County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Blanco County, Texas. The job is in a residential tower block. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
