Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day-to-day duties: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
