Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Barnwell County, South Carolina. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
